John Smith has a loan with A-Bank and he has come to Azztek Kitchens to purchase a Kitchen renovation package deal to the value of $40,000. Mr Smith does not have $40,000 in cash to pay Azztek for the Kitchen Renovation. Azztek Staff recommend Ryan Tripi at Westminster National to finance the Kitchen Renovation to Mr Smith’s home.
Solution:
Ryan Tripi of Westminster National recommends to Mr John Smith to refinance to B-Bank which will save him $1,785 a year in interest. Ryan facilitates the refinance + increase with B-Bank of $40,000. Azztek Kitchens are paid $40,000 directly by the client once funds are cleared.
Conclusion:
Cost of renovation is $0 due to interest savings from new B-Bank.
