Failure to collect personal information from our customers would mean that we could not supply, install or support our products. Information on customers is almost always obtained direct from the customer.

However, at the time of collecting the information we will ask the customer whether they object to receiving notification of such things as special offers and customers should notify us if they subsequently change their mind.
