What’s Covered?
Our guarantee covers any workmanship issues deemed below standard by our senior management team, following a detailed inspection and a second opinion from the Cabinet Makers Association. If a defect is found, we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
Additionally:
- Polytec Doors: Backed by a 7-year warranty against design, workmanship, and manufacturing defects. Any issues must be reported within this timeframe.
- Häfele Hardware: All hardware used in our cabinetry comes with a lifetime warranty, assessed directly by Häfele’s team.

How to Make a Claim
If you notice a problem with your kitchen, it’s essential to notify Azztek Kitchens immediately. To submit a claim, please follow the steps below:
- Download the warranty claim form (PDF) using the link below.
- Fill out the form and return it to us via email or fax (9581 8100).
- We’ll assess your claim and arrange an inspection if necessary.
Please Note: Any failure to follow basic care instructions may void your entitlement to the workmanship guarantee. For warranty-related replacements, a service fee of $75 per hour applies for tasks such as re-hinging, drilling, or installing doors, panels, or frames.
